樊晓峰教授,1980514日出生于山西夏县。 于2003年毕业于东北师范大学物理系,获理学学士学位。于2006年获中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所凝聚态物理专业硕士学位。研究方向为p-型氧化锌薄膜的制备与物理机制探索。于2009年获新加坡南洋理工大学理学博士学位,研究方向为理论研究半导体合金和团簇合金材料。20096月至20115月在新加坡南洋理工大学物理与数学学院做博士后研究工作,从事半导体纳米材料和碳功能材料的理论计算研究。自20115月起,作为学术骨干被吉林大学引进,在材料科学与工程学院工作。

 

研究领域

 

凝聚态物理与材料物理化学,主要集中在半导体材料研究上,包括半导体薄膜制备,半导体光电特性的实验和理论研究,以及半导体光伏/光催化,半导体表面、界面和纳米结构,半导体合金,半导体团簇,高压半导体,金属和半导体界面上的等离子体基元的光散射和光传播等方面的理论研究。专业特长:生长技术,Raman 散射光谱,微电子谱,荧光和吸收光谱,第一性原理计算。共发表国际核心学术期刊SCI论文30余篇,包括ACS Nano,JPCC,PRB,NJP,APL等,被引用200余次。

1)半导体合金薄膜的理论研究

2)合金团簇的理论计算研究

3)碳基纳米材料的理论研究

4)半导体表面和界面的理论研究

5)发展基于第一性原理的多尺寸计算方法
